1. Who you are contracting with

LLM Atlas ("the Service") is operated by Andree Hultgren ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into an agreement with Andree Hultgren.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use LLM Atlas you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. What the Service is

LLM Atlas is an online education platform teaching AI and large language model engineering through layered written lessons, diagrams, quizzes, and an AI tutor. It is provided for educational purposes. It is not professional, financial, legal, or engineering advice.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service and its content for your own learning, within the plan you have selected. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share course content or account access; reverse engineer the Service; or circumvent technical limits, paywalls, or usage quotas.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, denial-of-service, or automated scraping of content;
• attempt to extract bulk course content for training or republication.

7. AI tutor: acceptable use and accuracy

Pro plans include an AI tutor that generates responses using third-party language models. When using it:

• Do not submit or seek illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes, malware or exploit code, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to jailbreak or circumvent model safeguards.
• You are responsible for your prompts, for any content you input (including having the rights to it), for how you use the outputs, and for verifying accuracy before relying on anything.
• You retain whatever rights you have in your inputs and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the tutor. To the extent permitted by law, outputs are yours to use, subject to these terms; outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.
• Accuracy: AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are not a substitute for professional advice or independent verification, and must not be relied on unsupervised in regulated or safety-critical contexts.
• We may filter, refuse, restrict, or remove content and outputs, and may suspend accounts that abuse the tutor.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email us (see section 15) with details and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate. Repeat infringement results in account termination.

8. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service and all intellectual property in it, including the lesson content, diagrams, software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Availability

We aim to keep LLM Atlas available and working well, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may change, and content may be added, updated, or removed.

10. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your progress data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or sale. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
