LLM Atlas, operated by Andree Hultgren, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your LLM Atlas Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact our support using the address on your receipt and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
